Kishangunj district is the most backward district in North Bihar. Muslims make up 87% of the population. This area is backward in terms of education and economy in all respects. Anti-Islamic forces, especially Christians and Qadianis, are always active there to snatch away the jewel of Islam from the poor Muslims. On the other hand, owing to poverty, the young children of this region, instead of being well-groomed, they are forced to move to other cities of the country to find cheap employment in hotels and factories or they fall prey to misguided gangs who took away them from their children on the pretext of good education and training.
With that in view, In order to bring the Muslims of this backward area out of educational backwardness, according to the advice of the great scholars and knowledgeable people of the area, the foundation stone of Jamia Jafaria Madani Nagar was laid down on June 17, 2011 by the hand of late eminent scholar Maulana Idrees sb who was disciple of Harzart Maulana Hussain Ahmad Madani . Till then, this jamia along with its 20 makatib is involved in spreading light of education in this darkest area.
The total number of students is 550 out of which the 400 number of students residing in the hostel of the Jamia.
The number of students studying in 6 schools in Qadiani-affected and other backward areas is 155 where 21 sincere and experienced people are working hard to fulfill their responsibilities for the education and training service
The Jamia has guidance and patronage from Quaid-e-Millat Hazrat Maulana Syed Mahmood Asad Madani Sahib, Maualna Yusuf sb Tawooli, Darul Uloom Deoband, Khatib-ul-Islam Hazra Maulana Syed Salman Sahib Mansoor Puri, Ustad Hadith of Darul Uloom Deoband and etc.
